Our mission is to provide important information to the community regarding the weight watchers points list, how to use it and what it can do for your health, the way you look and your  lifestyle. We also would like to provide valuable information on such things as nutritional data from popular fast food restaurants in an effort to assist the public in maintaining a healthy and responsible way of life. By doing this we feel that we will not only help ourselves feel motivated toward retaining this a health conscious mindset, but we hope that we can help you to do the same.

Do u have a chart that tells u how many points a day one is allowed? I just found your site it is great. My goal is too loose 50pds.

Hi Lisa,

The amount of points that you are allowed depends on your own stats and each individual will have a different daily allotment of points. You can learn how to calculate your points here: How to calculate your daily weight watcher points
